By providing your phone number to Back to Life Recovery Center, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your inquiry, appointment coordination, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages, except as required to complete an active request.
